Section 31:41-a - Motor Vehicle Race Tracks.

Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 31:41-a (2021)
    31:41-a Motor Vehicle Race Tracks. – Towns shall have the power to make bylaws relating to the regulation and licensing of motor vehicle race tracks within the limits of the town, and may fix fees not to exceed $100 annually for the operation of such race tracks, and failure to observe such bylaws shall constitute a violation and any fines collected hereunder shall inure to such uses as said towns may direct. For the purposes of this section, a motor vehicle shall be defined as any self-propelled vehicle, except tractors, activated by an internal combustion engine and not operated exclusively on stationary tracks.
