[RSA 31-A:1 suspended by 2021, 91:48 for the biennium ending June 30, 2023.] 31-A:1 Return of Revenue. – Commencing in 1970 and in each year thereafter, a portion of the general revenue of the state shall be returned to each city and town of the state.
