Section 402:50 - General Penalty.
Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 402:50 (2020)
402:50 General Penalty. –
Whoever violates any provision of this subdivision shall be fined not more than $2,500 or shall have any license suspended or revoked or shall both be fined and have any license suspended or revoked.
