Section 422:30 - Disposition of Fines.

422:30 Disposition of Fines. –
The court imposing any penalty authorized by this chapter, within 7 days of the receipt of such fine, shall forward the same to the department with an abstract of the record of any conviction of a violation of any provision of this chapter.
