Section 323:7 - Penalty.
Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 323:7 (2020)
323:7 Penalty. –
Any person not licensed as provided by RSA 323 selling or offering for sale such lightning rods or other material shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
