270:81 Big and Little Cherry Ponds in Jefferson. –
No person shall use or operate any motorboat or other boat equipped with an outboard motor on the waters of the Big Cherry Pond or Little Cherry Pond in the town of Jefferson. Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a violation.
