Section 261:51 - Withdrawal.
Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 261:51 (2020)
261:51 Withdrawal. –
The governor is hereby authorized to determine that the state of New Hampshire should withdraw, at any time, from the agreement provided for herein and he shall give notice as provided in Article VI of the agreement of such withdrawal or revocation.
