Section 231:53 - Limited Access Highways.
Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 231:53 (2020)
231:53 Limited Access Highways. –
Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, selectmen of towns and mayors and aldermen of cities are hereby authorized to lay out limited access highways.
