Section 214:24 - License Required.
Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 214:24 (2020)
214:24 License Required. –
No person except as hereinafter provided, shall at any time engage in this state in the business of buying the furs or skins of fur-bearing animals or the hides or skins of deer, without first procuring a license so to do, and then only in accordance with the terms of such license and subject to all the provisions of this title.
