Section 206:27-f - Retirement Benefits.
Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 206:27-f (2020)
206:27-f Retirement Benefits. –
No deputy conservation officer appointed under the authority of provisions of RSA 206:27-a shall be deemed to be eligible for group II retirement benefits unless said officer has had previous coverage under group II retirement.
