Section 669:62 - Moderator.
Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 669:62 (2020)
669:62 Moderator. –
Vacancies in the office of town moderator shall be filled by appointment made by the supervisors of the checklist of said town, or by the town selectmen, where no board of supervisors exists.
