Section 544:21 - Limitation.
Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 544:21 (2020)
544:21 Limitation. –
The release of any real or personal property under the foregoing provision shall not release it from any judgment, lien, penalty or liability to which it may be otherwise subjected by law.
