Section 529:28 - Effect.
Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 529:28 (2020)
529:28 Effect. –
Such seizure and sale shall transfer to the purchaser all the right, title and interest that the execution debtor had in such real estate as in other cases, subject to the debtor's right of redemption.
