Section 527:19 - Recording Levy.
Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 527:19 (2020)
527:19 Recording Levy. –
The officer executing a writ of possession shall cause it, with his return thereon, to be recorded at length in the registry of deeds of the county, and to be returned to the office of the clerk of the court to which it is by law returnable.
