Section 486:7 - Application for Funding.

486:7 Application for Funding. –
Application for payments under the provisions of this chapter shall be made in accordance with rules adopted by the department under RSA 541-A, and shall be based upon reports filed with the department prior to January 31 in the calendar year for which payment is being requested.
