Section 16:4 - Vote Required.
Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 16:4 (2020)
16:4 Vote Required. –
If within 10 days after the date of the mailing of said ballot by the secretary of state a majority of the members of the house and a majority of the members of the senate shall return said ballot marked in the affirmative, the general court shall be called in special session.
