Section 310-B:22 - Roster.
Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 310-B:22 (2019)
310-B:22 Roster. –
A roster showing the names, classification and place of business of all real estate appraisers licensed or certified under this chapter, who have paid their annual federal registry fee to the board, shall be submitted annually with the moneys collected to the federal Appraisal Subcommittee. A copy of the roster shall be furnished upon request at a fee established by the board which reflects the direct and incidental costs of making copies.
