Section 290:3-a - Burial Permit for a Fetus.

290:3-a Burial Permit for a Fetus. –
Whenever it shall be determined that a dead fetus will be disposed of by means of burial or cremation, the burial permit will be issued in accordance with the rules and regulations of the department of health and human services.
