Section 270:90 - Merrymeeting River.
Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 270:90 (2019)
270:90 Merrymeeting River. –
No person shall use or operate a boat equipped with a petroleum-powered motor of in excess of 6 horsepower at a speed in excess of 6 miles per hour upon the waters of the Merrymeeting River between the state fish hatchery located at New Durham and the dam located in the town of Alton. Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a violation.
