Section 207:52 - Uprooting.

Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 207:52 (2019)
    207:52 Uprooting. – If any person shall pull or take any growing rockweed or sea moss from the rocks, banks or shores of this state, except by cutting same with a knife so as not to detach or injure its roots, he shall be guilty of a violation.
