Section 207:36 - Injuring Property.

Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 207:36 (2019)
    207:36 Injuring Property. – No person shall tear down, damage or destroy any fence, wall, lock, boat or dock, or leave open any gate or bars, or trample or destroy any crop, on land of another person, while taking, trapping, hunting, or pursuing any fish, game or fur-bearing animal.
