Section 227-E:7 - Private Donations.
Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 227-E:7 (2019)
227-E:7 Private Donations. –
In addition to the authority granted in RSA 227-E:6, the commission may solicit and accept private donations for the purpose of this chapter. Any funds received pursuant to this section shall be nonlapsing.
