Section 103:13 - War Service.
Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 103:13 (2019)
103:13 War Service. –
In case of a break in a policeman's continuous service by reason of military or federal law enforcement service directly attributable to war, the board shall construe as a period of continuous service the total service of such policeman before the break, his military or federal law enforcement service and his service after the break.
