12-O:11-a Bureau of Film and Digital Media Established. –
There is hereby established within the division of travel and tourism the bureau of film and digital media, which shall also be known as the state film office. The office shall be under the supervision of a director of film and digital media, a classified position within the division of travel and tourism. The primary goal of the state film office shall be to market and promote film, video, and digital media production for the purpose of strengthening the cultural, educational, and economic impact of media production in New Hampshire.
