Section 347:6 - Marking Round Timber.

347:6 Marking Round Timber. –
Any person measuring round timber, the quantity of which is estimated by the thousand, shall mark upon each log surveyed by him the contents thereof, unless it is otherwise agreed by the parties contracting.
