Section 347:12 - Export Regulated.

347:12 Export Regulated. –
If any person shall export or ship for exportation from this state any boards, staves, hoops, shooks, heading or clapboards not surveyed, culled, inspected and branded according to the provisions of this chapter, such person for each offense shall forfeit 1/4 part of the value of all articles so shipped or exported.
