Section 275:5 - Penalty.
Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 275:5 (2018)
275:5 Penalty. –
Any employer who violates the provisions of RSA 275:3 or RSA 275:4 shall be guilty of a violation if a natural person, or guilty of a misdemeanor if any other person. It shall be the duty of the labor commissioner to enforce the provisions hereof.
