Section 204-C:76 - Guarantee Certificate Conclusive.

204-C:76 Guarantee Certificate Conclusive. –
The certificate of guarantee issued by the authority, in the hands of the original lender to whom the certificate was issued, shall be conclusive evidence of its validity for the purposes of this subdivision, except for fraud.
