Section 447:13 - Boomage.
Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 447:13 (2018)
447:13 Boomage. –
If logs are attached, the officer making the attachment may pay the boomage thereon, if any, and return the amount so paid on the writ, and it shall be included in the costs recovered.
