Section 436:9-a - Appointment.
Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 436:9-a (2018)
436:9-a Appointment. –
The commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food shall appoint a graduate of a veterinary college of recognized standing, who shall have had at least 5 years' experience in the practice of veterinary medicine, including large animal practice, and who shall be known as the assistant state veterinarian.
