Chapter 553 - Administrators and Their Appointment
Section 553:22 - Duties.

Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 553:22 (2018)
    553:22 Duties. – The special administrator, under such directions and restrictions as may be inserted in his or her commission, shall return an inventory of the estate of the deceased, shall take care of and preserve the decedent's property and effects, and shall do all other acts which the special administrator may be directed by the judge to perform. The place of taxation of the property of the deceased shall not be changed in consequence of such appointment.
