Section 21:25-a - Sufficient Sureties.

21:25-a Sufficient Sureties. –
Whenever a person is required to recognize or give bond "with sufficient sureties," with "corporate sureties," or "sufficient bond" or "give security" in any court proceeding the deposit of cash in the required amount shall be deemed sufficient.
