Section 381:1 - Definitions.

381:1 Definitions. –
As used in this chapter, "railroad,'' "railroads'' or "railway company'' or any combination of such words means a corporation, company or state engaged as a common carrier in the furnishing or sale of transportation, freight or passenger service, or any combination thereof, by railroad.
