Chapter 332-B - NEW HAMPSHIRE VETERINARY PRACTICE ACT
Section 332-B:17 - Reinstatement Applications.

    332-B:17 Reinstatement Applications. – Persons whose licenses have lapsed for 5 or more years due to nonrenewal shall not again be licensed without filing an application for reinstatement which contains such information as the board may by rule require for the purpose of determining whether the applicant retains the level of professional qualifications expected of existing practitioners, provided, however, that persons who have not practiced veterinary medicine for at least 1,000 hours per year in a jurisdiction with license requirements comparable to those of this state for 3 or more years since they were last licensed in New Hampshire shall meet all requirements for initial licensure.
