Section 330-A:36 - Sexual Misconduct Subject to Disciplinary Action.

330-A:36 Sexual Misconduct Subject to Disciplinary Action. –
Sexual relations with a client or a former client shall be considered sexual misconduct and shall be subject to disciplinary action under RSA 330-A and the duty to inform established in RSA 330-A:37.
