326-B:28 Delegation of Nursing Activities and Tasks. –
A nurse holding a currently valid license as an RN or an LPN may delegate specific nursing activities and tasks under the circumstances, and in accordance with the constraints, set forth in rules of the board adopted under RSA 541-A.
