Chapter 326-B - NURSE PRACTICE ACT
Section 326-B:20-a - Temporary Licensure; Applicants from Vermont, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.

    326-B:20-a Temporary Licensure; Applicants from Vermont, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. –
    Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, an applicant from the state of Vermont, Massachusetts, or Connecticut who is currently licensed and is seeking RN or LPN licensure by endorsement under RSA 326-B:20, shall be eligible for temporary licensure for 120 days while the person makes application for licensure to the board.
