Chapter 282-A - UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
Section 282-A:83 - Business Suspended.

Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 282-A:83 (2017)
    282-A:83 Business Suspended. – The time the operation of a business of an employer was suspended because of the employer's service in the armed forces during World War II, or because of the employer's service in the armed forces of the United States or any of its allies or of the United Nations after July 1, 1950, shall be considered as if the business had been actively and continuously operating during such period.
