Chapter 265 - RULES OF THE ROAD
Section 265:94 - Limitations on Backing.
265:94 Limitations on Backing.     I. The driver of a vehicle shall not back the same unless such movement can be made with safety and without interfering with other traffic. The driver of a vehicle shall not back the same upon any shoulder or roadway of any controlled access way.     II. The fine for a violation of this section shall be $150.
