Section 264:28 - False Reporting of Accidents.

    264:28 False Reporting of Accidents. – Except as provided in RSA 264:29, a person is guilty of a misdemeanor if he knowingly gives or causes to be given false information to any law enforcement officer or to the department or its agents concerning an accident or alleged accident.
