Section 259:38-b - Gross Vehicle Weight Rating or GVWR.

259:38-b Gross Vehicle Weight Rating or GVWR. –
"Gross vehicle weight rating'' or "GVWR'' shall, for the purposes of the commercial driver licensing statutes, mean the value specified by the manufacturer as the maximum loaded weight of a single vehicle.
