Section 259:3-b - Alcohol Concentration.

259:3-b Alcohol Concentration. –
"Alcohol concentration'' shall mean either grams of alcohol per 100 milliliters of blood, grams of alcohol per 67 milliliters of urine, or grams of alcohol per 210 liters of breath.
