Section 259:12-c - Commercial Driver License.

259:12-c Commercial Driver License. –
"Commercial driver license'' or "CDL'' shall mean a license issued by the department in accordance with the requirements of RSA 263:82 et seq. and the federal Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1986 to an individual which authorizes the individual to drive a class of commercial motor vehicle.
