Section 231:37 - Judgment Against Petitioner.

231:37 Judgment Against Petitioner. –
If such sum paid to the petitioner shall exceed the amount of final judgment the court shall enter judgment against the petitioner for the amount paid to him in excess of the amount of final judgment.
