    4:13-v Cancer Prevention Month, Cancer Prevention Day, and Cure all Cancer Month. – The governor shall annually proclaim February as Cancer Prevention month, February 4th as Cancer Prevention day, and August as Cure all Cancer month and shall urge cities and towns throughout the state to observe these dates in an appropriate manner in recognition of the thousands of citizens of this state affected by all types of cancer and the need for public awareness, research, and support for victims and their families.
