Section 12-G:7-a - Payments for Centralized Business Services.

12-G:7-a Payments for Centralized Business Services. –
For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010 and for each fiscal year thereafter, the authority shall pay the department of administrative services its portion of indirect costs for centralized business services, as determined by the statewide indirect cost allocation plan for the authority, including the division of ports and harbors.
