12-A:10-m Division of Film and Digital Media Established. –
There is hereby established within the department the division of film and digital media, which shall also be known as the state film office, under the supervision of an unclassified director of film and digital media, with the primary goal of marketing and promotion of film, video, and digital media production for the purpose of strengthening the cultural, educational, and economic impact of media production in New Hampshire.
