Section 415:20 - Penalty.

    415:20 Penalty. – Any insurer, agent, broker or any person, firm, association or corporation that violates any provision of this chapter or any rule issued pursuant to it, or any relevant provision of RSA 161-H, may at the discretion of the commissioner be subject to paragraph I or II, or both.
    I. Its certificate of authority may be indefinitely suspended or revoked.
    II. A civil fine not to exceed $2,500 may be imposed for each violation. Repeated violations of the same provision or regulation shall constitute separate civil offenses.
