Chapter 405 - FOREIGN INSURANCE COMPANIES AND THEIR AGENTS
Section 405:6 - Non-assessable Policies.

NH Rev Stat § 405:6 (2016) What's This?
    405:6 Non-assessable Policies. – Any mutual fire or casualty insurance company now or hereafter admitted to transact business in this state may issue non-assessable policies in compliance with the requirements of RSA 402:2, except that the deposit required by said section may be made in the home state of such admitted company in cash or securities legal for investments by such companies in such home state. Any deposit required for the purposes specified in this section shall be inclusive of any deposit required by any other state, provided that such deposit is for the benefit of all policyholders in the United States.
