Section 405:53 - Reciprocal Denial.

    405:53 Reciprocal Denial. – If any state shall, by its laws, deny any insurance company or citizen of this state any rights or privileges which are granted to insurance companies and citizens of that state, this state shall in like manner deny to insurance companies and citizens of that state all such rights and privileges, and they shall be subject to all the restrictions and penalties prescribed by that state against insurance companies and citizens of this state.
